Arlo, the dog was tied to the trash bin when she saw her owner going to take the car without her and got excited to join her. Without realizing that she was tied to the trash bin, Arlo ran behind her owner and was surprised to see the bin chasing after her. After being dragged around a bit the bin finally broke loose around the corner as Arlo tried to run away from it.
